Patrycja Gawlińska
I have been teaching yoga for over 20 years. My teaching has grown through years of personal practice and a search for safe and effective ways of working with the body. Between 2006 and 2017 I travelled to India to deepen my experience at the source. My ongoing search for a true understanding of yoga and a clear way of passing on knowledge has kept me open to exploring different yoga traditions. Years of personal practice and teaching experience help me better understand my students' needs and support their development effectively. For many years I have also been mentoring and training yoga teachers.
It doesn't matter which style of yoga you practise or teach. My guidance is universal, it covers the fundamentals and you can use it in your own practice and in your teaching.

“I was looking for a Teacher: a good person, a treasury of knowledge, a great practitioner with an open mind and a gift for teaching, a confidant. And I found Patrycja, so I'm lucky – and happiness is the only thing that multiplies when you share it. That is exactly what Patrycja's yoga and teaching are – happiness ❤.”
